Studio Curriculum:
The studio offers a fun and exciting program
for school-aged students. The curriculum includes:

Pre-staff learning |

Developing solid
note-reading |
|
Often neglected
subjects like music history and music appreciation. |

Developing
musicianship skills such as improvisation, ear training, and composition. |
|
Playing in ensembles
with other musicians. |
|
Yearly evaluations to
help measure the student's progress |
Lesson Length:
|
Students ages nine and older begin with 45
minute lessons, while younger students begin with 30 minute lessons. |
|
As the student progresses lessons are
expanded to one hour. |
Studio Environment:
| All lessons have a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
