MEA Piano Studio offers group lessons, which is a great option for students who prefer learning alongside their peers. Learning within a group does great wonders for motivation and progress. Students each have their own piano and learn together as a group. Students learn theory, technique, rhythm, and more. Students learn a variety of pieces in different genres, playing solos, duets, and ensemble pieces.
Beginners are encouraged to participate in group lessons as are students have who have had difficulty with piano instruction in the past. Students should be able to follow directions, be comfortable in a group environment, and be able to participate without the presence of a parent.
FACT: Group lessons are just as good as private
lessons.
Why?
Your child is educated in a group atmosphere.
Your child learns sports and other recreational activities (chess, band, ect)
in a group atmosphere.
Why not piano?
FACT: Group lessons need a minimum of three students to form a class.
